THE DAY COURAGE CONQUERED FLAMES, June 2023
On a sunny Sunday at Blanchardstown Centre, the calm of the day was quickly disrupted by a sudden fire at the nearby Falcon View apartments. Unfazed by the potential disaster, our on-the-ball security team, led by manager Kevin Barrett, leapt into action.
They brought order in the chaos, orchestrating a swift and safe evacuation while coordinating traffic to facilitate the Dublin Fire Brigade’s arrival. Their timely actions and professional response meant no loss of life – a true testament to their rigorous training and dedication to ensuring safety.
