Here in wagamama we believe that we are what we eat. Eating is the most important activity of our daily lives. Positive eating sustains body, mind and soul, leaving us feeling optimistic, energetic and fully alive to spread positivity from bowl to soul and beyond.

In 2016 wagamama introduced Kaizen. In Japanese it means ‘good change’ but it has come to mean something bigger: a process of constant improvement, balance, harmony, openness and treating each other better. kaizen should happen on a daily basis as we all take small steps towards improvement.

Whether it’s lunch or dinner, wagamama has always been the hero of quick fresh food. But, what’s the rush? A quick lunch doesn’t take the same time as a dinner with old friends. We’ll serve up your food when it’s ready but you can stay as long as you want.
