Our wonderful venue Wagamama in Blanchardstown is currently looking for Full-Time motivated, enthusiastic, inspired and committed full time Front of House Servers to join our team.

Our front of house team members are at the heart of the Wagamama experience. Your friendly attitude, smiling face, warm personality and menu knowledge enhances every customers’ visit to the restaurant. As a Wagamama team member you will not just be taking customer orders, you will be giving your customers a unique experience, so you need to be able to decide what your customer expects from their visit and adjust the way your serve them.
Teamwork is key to every position in Wagamama, so it’s important that you can communicate well and are able to keep cool under pressure, because our restaurants get very busy!
Many of our restaurant managers started their careers with Wagamama as a team member, so with our great training and support and your passion for customer service, this position is just the starting point of your career with Wagamama.

Applicant Requirements:
• Flexibility with shift times, to be able to work full time
• Be committed to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession
• Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
• Approachable with excellent people skills

The Role:
• Effectively deal with customer queries in a friendly way – develop knowledge of allergies and suggest alternative dishes
• Work well with other team members effectively to ensure each shift runs smoothly
• Good knowledge of Wagamama work safe policies and procedures
• Work with the team to ensure the restaurant is maintained and cleaned to the highest standards
