We are currently recruiting for an experienced Retail Telecoms Sales Manager for our Blanchardstown Store.

Daily responsibilities include:

Managing a busy Telecoms Store

Daily Business Operations

Managing a team of staff

Adhering to KPI’s

Performance management of staff for operations

Other responsibilities:

Improving revenue through cost management

Recruitment of staff when required.

Researching growth opportunities for the company

Maximising operations potential to exceed customer expectations and company goals

Essential experience:

2 years plus experience in a management role.

Flexible approach to working hours covering Monday to Sunday.

Strong Sales background 

Proactive nature

People management skills

Strong leadership qualities and work ethic

Excellent communication skills

A highly driven candidate with attention to detail and capable

of meeting targets

*Travel may be required for the role.

 What we offer:

Salary of €32k per annum

Uncapped manager’s commission paid monthly on top of salary.
