Want to join an elite management team and enhance customer experience at The North Face in Blanchardstown S.C?
Coming soon is an exciting new The North Face store in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and we looking to hire passionate Store Supervisors to join our crew: part time and full time positions
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager and drive store success.
We seek explorers who spark curiosity, disrupt norms, build communities, and lead with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
– Boost sales and profitability with your Store Manager
– Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
– Implement and improve retail processes
– Aid the Store Manager in the following areas:
inventory and P&L
analysing performance metrics (KPI’s)
– Maintain visual merchandising standards along with the VM team
– Cover for the Store Manager when needed
– Key holder duties
Ideal Candidate:
– Loves customer interaction and leads by example
– Takes initiative in the Store Manager’s absence
– Builds and mentors a passionate team
– Experienced in store operations and team leadership
– Excellent communicator in English
– Proficient with MS Office and POS systems
– Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
