We are currently on the lookout for a fully flexible Supervisor for our Blanchardstown store.

Job description

The Supervisor performs operational duties to run the retail store that includes opening/closing, ensuring store security, overseeing safety and assisting with escalated customer issues.

The following outlines tasks and responsibilities you will be expected to oversee:

  • Ensuring daily opening and closure of the store is completed accordingly
  • Responsible for providing an outstanding Branded Customer Experience (customer service) to customers while performing operational duties that drive sales through product knowledge, merchandising, register functions, store cleanliness, and other related duties.
  • Must be courteous, efficient, and able to hand sell to customers so that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Helping store cashiers at peak times
  • Increase sales by meeting with the shop staff and working together to comprehend, support, and fulfil predetermined sales goals and objectives
  • Sell other company products in addition to shoes, such as accessories and apparel, whenever the opportunity presents itself
  • Effective in coaching the sales crew in a variety of retail skill sets to improve the store’s performance and maximize sales
  • Expert in flawless merchandising, accurate pricing and signage, and visual presentation
  • Skilled at assisting the management team in managing excellent people processes, team building, and ensuring a fantastic employee experience
  • Recognizes the importance of a tidy, presentable store and a workforce that adheres to best practices for a successful, flourishing business
  • Addressing requests or inquiries from customers in-store
  • Stepping in when necessary for the store management
  • As needed, carry out further tasks according to the direction of management.
