Born in 2019, FitPink has successfully been trading online at fitpinkfitness.com for 2 years, has just opened opening their first store in Victoria Square and will be opening a store in Blanchardstown in November 2021..

Retail Manager – Blanchardstown, Dublin.

Duties for the job of Retail Manager includes the following

  • Drive sales and service across the store
  • Ensure excellent store standards are delivered at all times
  • Motivate, mentor, and encourage a strong consultative sales team
  • Constant communication with your team by providing direction, support and feedback.
  • Manage and monitor the business and adapt to any changes that may arise.
  • Continually review and make recommendations for product and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with existing customers offering a very high level of customer care and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the team at FitPink HQ
  • Analyse sales trading reports and react accordingly
  • Assisting with in-store promotions, sales days, trade shows, etc.
  • Liaison with other managers to improve the performance of the shop and procedures including cover for other departmental managers.
  • Manage Health & Safety and that of your team.
  • Work closely with Victoria Square/FitPink Marketing Teams

Experience for the role of retail manager

  • 3-4 years’ experience in leading and managing a team in the Retail Sector
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to articulate messages clearly, listens to others, and engage people in the message being communicated
  • People management and motivational skills are essential
  • Highly motivated
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent Organisation, Leadership and Commercial awareness
  • Must be efficient with a good track record in meeting deadlines
