Job Description – Information & Sales Desk Representative

  • Information Desk
    • To have a knowledge of the shop and opening hours for Blanchardstown Centre in order to answer queries from the general public, both in person and over the phone
    • Oversee the lost and found function for the Centre
    • Carry out photocopying, faxing and general Customer Service
  • Sales
    • Have complete product knowledge of all products for sale at the Gift Card Desk
    • Follow written procedures for selling products
    • Ensure information is accurately entered into POS software
    • Take full responsibility for payment of all products sold under your login
    • Ensure your sales location has enough stock at the start of your shift
  • Customer Service
    • Be friendly and professional in helping customers
    • Log any situations where you are not able to solve the problem for the customer
  • Training
    • Any training required by the Company will be 100% funded by PerfectCard


The role will primarily be based at Information and Gift Card Sales Desk in Blanchardstown Town Centre.
