This is a high-profile role that’s only featured in our top turnover locations, so we need a real superstar! We’re recruiting for this role in our Blanchardstown store, are you that superstar?

You might know us as the inventors of the Rampant Rabbit, or even the destination for must-have lingerie, and you’re right, but we’re SO much more than that…

The life of a Department Manager:

  • Lead the toy department as if it were your own retail business, do what it takes to make it a phenomenal success!
  • Create the WOW factor on the department through mind blowing VM, world class service and faultless product knowledge
  • Make the most of ALL the trade reports and data available to you, this is your golden ticket to understanding your department and driving commercial wins  
  • Engage the rest of the retail team, you can’t make amazing happen on your own – get them excited, teach them your secrets to selling and develop their knowledge, they too hold a key to the department’s performance
  • Product means everything, it’s critical that you take a pro-active approach to maintaining stock levels through effective replenishment, flagging any issues, and maintenance of demos and displays
  • You’re an expert and part of an elite group within our top turnover retail stores, you must be sure to keep your knowledge up to date, relevant and accurate, our customers expect nothing less
  • Lead department walk throughs with knowledge and confidence, know your numbers, shout about what you’ve achieved and be clear on your goals – be proud of your department and its contribution to the store
