Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Councillor Ted Leddy review plans for new housing development and improved infrastructure here at Blanchardstown Centre, with the teams at Falcon Asset Management and Blanchardstown Centre.

The latest plans are for 1,320 new residential units – an exciting part of our masterplan vision for the centre, which will ultimately see 3,500 people living on our doorstep.

Residents will enjoy access to a host of amenities, including the iconic Blanchardstown Centre, which has enjoyed substantial investment over the last three years and is home to a market-leading brands – with recent openings including Europe’s largest Zara, Ireland’s first Flannels and Nike Unite. The centre sits at the heart of the local community, employing 4,500 people from local and surrounding areas.
